How to Book

You can book by telephone, by facsimile (FAX) or on-line using a secure web form located on this web site. Telephone bookings are preferred as you receive instant information about accommodation availability, rate information and booking confirmation etc.. FAX and on-line bookings are fine but are less immediate.

How to secure your booking - deposits

Bookings are secured by paying a deposit. Payment of the deposit can be made by credit card or by cheque. You can supply your credit card details by telephone, FAX or via the secure web form. A cheque of course can be posted though certain time limits apply.

Sorry but we do NOT accept bookings via email, as your credit card details would not be secure.

Your details are encrypted during transmission and the web form is certified by Thawte. Visit Thawte on-line to find out more about secure certificates. Click on the Thawte logo on the web form page to verify the security of the web form.
You should receive confirmation of your on-line booking within 24 hours.
 
To calculate your deposit select your preferred cabin or caravan site type. Then lookup the minimum nightly rate for one night. Add the number of extra people times 9. For example the deposit for an ensuite cabin for 5 people is $59.00 + (5 - 2) x $9.00 = $86.00.
 
Please note that for on-line bookings we find that we have to be very strict in applying the rule that a booking is not accepted until the deposit has been received. Please avoid disappointment.
